Our highly advanced trained and licensed sugaristas and techs created this safe space to get your services done without a worry. Founded by sisters, our studio offers a friendly, safe, and fun approach to self-care & wellness. All services offered at XO are delivered with care and expertise making it super easy for you to enjoy your glowing results after each and every service! XO Beauty Bar is a professional beauty studio specializing in Brazilian sugaring, body sugaring, brow services, lash lifts, facials, and intimate skin treatments in Valley Stream, NY. We proudly serve clients throughout Long Island, including Valley Stream, Lynbrook, Elmont, Franklin Square, Malverne, and surrounding Nassau County communities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for all no-shows or cancellations within 36 hours of your scheduled appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERRABLE for cancellations made within 36-HOURS of your scheduled appointment(s) date and time. For cancellations made outside of 36-hours, deposits are transferable ONCE. ***Please keep in mind ARRIVING MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE may result in a LATE FEE or CANCELLATION of your appointment, resulting in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Please contact us if you will be running more than 5 minutes late to your appointment so that your service providers may accommodate.
